ITINERARY THREE

2 nights Samburu Game Reserve, 1 night Aberdares National Park, 1 night Lake Naivasha, 2 nights Masai Mara Game Reserve

Day 1: Nairobi - Samburu Game Reserve, which offers unique vistas of rounded and rugged hills and undulating plains. Drive from the lush green Mt. Kenya region into the semi-arid area of Samburu where you have a chance of viewing the ‘Special Five’!

Day 2: Full day in Samburu Game Reserve with game drives at your convenience.

Day 3: Samburu Game Reserve - Aberdares National Park, an isolated volcanic range that forms the eastern wall of the rift valley, running roughly 100km north south between Nairobi and Thomsons Falls. The park contains a wide range of landscapes - from the mountain peaks that rise to 14,000 feet above sea level, to their deep, v-shaped valleys intersected by streams, rivers, and waterfalls. Moorland, bamboo forests and rainforests are found at lower altitudes.

Day 4: Aberdares National Park - Lake Naivasha, where you can visit the Crescent Island for a guided nature walk through the beautiful sanctuary, definitely an ornithological paradise!

Day 5: Lake Naivasha - Masai Mara Game Reserve, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley into the most famous game reserve in Kenya, branded the 07th Wonder of the World, with breathtaking vistas, and a vast number of plains game together with their associated predators.

Day 6: Full day in Masai Mara Game Reserve with game drives at your convenience.

Day 7: Masai Mara Game Reserve - Nairobi, arriving in Nairobi late afternoon.
